Included services
Participation of the weekly program by the tourist office. Reservation required.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available on arrival from 14.00.
On the day of departure please clear your room by 10.30.
Half board starts on the day of arrival from 18.30 and ends on the day of departure at 10.00 am with our breakfast buffet. For early arrival with participation of the breakfast buffet you pay a supplement of € 15,00 per person (only by reservation).
early check-in / late check-out
Only at direct request 1-2 days before arrival.
The room is available on arrival from 11:30 for an early check-in and can be used on the day of departure until 13:00 for a late check-out. Price on request.
Bike Garage
Our locked and video monitored bike and motorbike garage is free for our hotel and residence guests (until it’s full).
Payment
You can pay by cash, by debit or credit card Maestro / Visa.
Early bird discount
The discount up to a maximum of 5% is valid for the price of B & B with a minimum stay of 5 nights and booking at least 90 days prior to arrival.
Smoke
We ask you not to smoke in your hotel room (It is forbidden in Italy). Thank you.
Cancellations
Until one day prior to arrival: no penalty. Only for individual guest who are also the booking-owner.
For early departure: 100 % of the price of the stay.
Pick-up service
If you would like to arrive by train, we would be happy to offer a free taxi service (daily 9:00- 18:00) from the train station in Ora. Just give us call at least one day before arrival and tell us when you will arrive- Thanks.
Animals
Dogs or other pets are not allowed at our hotel Markushof or residence Aurum Arcadia.
