Included services
For their entire stay, our guests receive the Museummobil-Card free of charge. This card grants unrestricted use of all public transportation (bus/train/cable cars) and free admission to approximately 80 museums and collections throughout South Tyrol.
Arrival and departure
Your room is available on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 AM.
For early arrivals with participation in the breakfast buffet, we charge an additional €20.00 per person (with prior notice).
early check-in / late check-out
Available only on direct request, no earlier than 1-2 days before arrival, with an additional fee.
Early check-in from 11:30 AM and late check-out until 1:00 PM. Price on request
Bike Garage
Our secured and video-monitored bike and motorcycle garage is available free of charge to hotel and dependance guests (subject to availability).
Payment
You can pay in cash, with your EC card, or Maestro Card/Visa.
Miles & More / Business cards are not accepted.
Smoking
We kindly ask you not to smoke in your room, as it is legally prohibited in Italy.
Cancellations
Up to one day before the start of your holiday: no cancellation fees. Valid only for individual guests (self-payers) and for self-made bookings.
For early departure: 100% of the price for the booked period.
Pick-up service
For guests arriving by train, we offer a free pick-up service (daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) from the Auer train station. Please inform us at least one day before your arrival about when we can expect you.
Animals
Dogs or other pets are not allowed.
