Arrival and departure
Your room is available on the day of arrival from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 am.
For early arrivals with participation in the breakfast buffet, an additional charge of €20.00 per person will apply (upon prior notice).
early check-in / late check-out
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are possible only on short notice and with a direct request, at the earliest 1 – 2 days before arrival, with an additional charge.
Early Check-In from 11:30 am and Late Check-Out until 3:00 pm. Price available upon request.
Bike Garage
Our secured and video-monitored bike and motorcycle garage is available free of charge to hotel and dependance guests (subject to availability).

Smoke
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking in your room, as it is legally prohibited in Italy.
Cancellations of direct bookings of single reservations
Until one day prior to arrival: no penalty. Only for individual guest who are also the booking-owner.
For early departure: 100 % of the price of staying.
Pick-up service
If you arrive by train, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from the Auer train station (available daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm). Please inform us by the day before your arrival about the expected time so that we can coordinate accordingly.
Animals
Dogs or other pets are not allowed at the Markushof.
